All weekly rates are based on seven day reservation

All nightly reservations require the minimum
 stay of Three nights.

** Reservation Deposit on
Lake Condos & Hilltop Cabin**
To make a reservation for the Hilltop Cabin, we would need an credit card deposit for the total of one night stay.  The deposit will be charged to the credit card you provide the day of booking the reservation.

** Reservation Cancellation on Lake Condos & Hilltop Cabin**
To receive 100% full refund of reservation deposit must be cancelled no later then 30 days prior to date of reservation start date.  If reservation is being cancelled less then 30 days the desposit is non-refundable.
